Stamper Wilson (スタンパーウィルソン Sutanpāu~iruson) is an assassin working for an unknown organization.

Appearance

Stamper is a tall man with black eyes, and black hair, tied in a ponytail. He has an X-shaped scar on the left side of his forehead. He clothes consist of a black shirt, black pants, white tie, a long, grey coat, black shoes, and glasses.

Personality

According to Sven Vollfied, Stamper Wilson is known for being a crack shot. He is overconfident in his abilities, that he believed he could challenge the "Black Cat", and underestimates others, such as the "disciple" .

History

Stamper is said to be an assassin, who, like the Black Cat, used a gun to carry out his assassinations.

Manga Plot

The Imposter Arc

Stamper, along with a group of men, track down Blum Pullman. Upon hearing that Pullman was arrested by the legendary Black Cat, he sets out to find the assassin-turned-sweeper (who was actually Woodney). Stamper challenges Woodney, but Train, posing as Woodney's disciple, challenges and easily apprehends the man.
