Loyfenn (ロイフェン Roifen) is the leader of the Blue Vice in Champais town.

Appearance

Loyfenn is a tall, muscular man with long, black hair. His attire consists of black clothes and black, round glasses.

Personality

Loyfenn seems to share Bayard's views on life being easier with a gang. He is arrogant and overconfident in himself, thinking he could take on the Black Cat, only to get defeated with ease.

History

A year ago, Loyfenn formed the Blue Vice in Champais town. A member, Bayard, told him about his encounter with a woman who knew the infamous Black Cat. Loyfenn was not convinced, so Bayard decided to lure the notorious assassin to the gang.

Manga Plot

Vengeance Arc

Bayard lures Train Heartnet into his shop where the Blue Vice surrounds him. Loyfenn emerges from the shadows and congratulates Bayard then makes him his lieutenant. Train instantly defeats most of the gang. As Loyfenn is about to attack, Train quickly shoots him, knocking him out.

Spikes: Loyfenn uses at least three spikes as weapons. His nickname "Poison Spike Loyfenn" implies that they are poisoned.
