Lib Tyrant (肋骨のタイラント Tyrant Ribu) was an ex-gangster who became the new governor of Braccio City.

Appearance

He had blond, slicked back hair, dyed orange in the middle. He wore a tan suit with a red bow tie.

Personality

Lib Tyrant lived up to his name. As a gangster, he had done various terrible crimes from blackmailing to murdering all while portraying himself as a nice, caring and friendly guy. Despite this, he was elected as governer of Braccio City.

Lib was also in love with Joanna, but it's unknown if he truly loved her, or if it was part of his act.

Anime Plot

Lib Tyrant is at a parade, celebrating his victory in the election. He gives a speech at his party, then introduces his fiance, Joanna, and invites everyone to their wedding.

While in the bathroom Sven see that Lib is going to be murdered. While trying to warn Lib one of his bodyguards attacks Sven. Lib is then giving another speech when Train comes and knocks out all of his bodyguards. Train then shoots, and kills Lib Tyrant.

Joanna was Lib's fiancée. While they seemed happy on the outside, it is unknown if Lib had really loved her, or if it was simply lust.
