Since Ellie made a very brief appearance at the end of chapter 1, her personality is not clear.
Manga Plot
Black Cat Arc
Ellie and her mother live in a small town located in Rojana; a place known for their onion buns. After Harry is killed by the Lib Family Assassin, Race Donovan, Train Heartnet and Sven Vollfied stop in Rojana and leave the picture Harry had been keeping on the family's doorstep.
She makes only one appearance in the first chapter of the manga.
